Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays, orders can experience delays.

If invalid information is provided, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays. Zalovira is NOT responsible for delays due to inaccurate shipping details.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Zalovira is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, or transportation failures.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

In case of refusal of a package, the shipping and handling fee will be charged. For any refused products, a refund will not be initiated until the product is received by our team.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is the primary delivery service used. Zalovira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS.

Cancel Order

Due to high order volume, orders go directly into fulfillment. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, you can cancel the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible. If the order has already shipped, the customer will need to refuse the package or return it.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address entered is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Delivery of Items

In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customer's address, Zalovira does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.

Returns

To obtain a refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full, or partially full) within 60 days of the original order date. Include your order ID, full name, address, email, and phone number.
